automated call said I could lower my interest rate on my credit card. push 9 and stay on the line to get more info. I hung up. and blocked the number. It does not even tell you a name of a credit card. I am sure it is a scam."

Just got a call from from this number and answered but they hung up. When I called back it said the number is disconnected. On truecaller.com it says it's registered to "Dan" in St. Charles, MO.
