Who are they?  How did they know about an accident that occurred to me by Waste Management?

I just got a call from 1-636-447-5400.  I didn't answer the phone, but am posting it here.  Who is this?

I just received a call from that number on my cell phone.  Didn't recognize it so I didn't answer.  All I could figure out is the area code is Missouri.  They didn't leave a message either.

I have been getting phone calls from this number for weeks now too.  The name on the caller ID is Gallagher Basse....  I dont have any idea or clue who this is.  Does anyone know what they are all about?

I just dialed the number and it says its Gallagher Bassette Services...but still no clue as they dont leave messages on my phone.  Possibly illegal for them to solicit or a collection agency of sorts looking for someone specific to talk to?  We will never know unless they leave a detailed message.  This inquiry field here is probably theirs too so taht they can get a hold of people out here.
