Did you recently rent a car?! Its enterprise car rental survey

Its not a bill collector. I don't have past due bills. But I did have a rental car from Enterprise recently after a car accident. That makes more sense. DNC rules exempt businesses you have a prior business relationship with. Until you ask to be added to their internal DNC list. Then they can't call legally either.

That changed in 2013, on oct 16th..
