I got two back to back calls from this number, the first I didn't answer and I got a voice mail, the voice mail was a woman saying hello then static, he second call I answered and said hello, it was silence and then they hung up

This is a Scam, This number goes back to a radio station that doesn't give it call Number or Letters or Name, Entering to win Bahamas cruse tickets.
