Got the same call but there is no ID coming up when it rings in so wondering why it doesn't come up under Enterprise. Even if it is a survey company. Not gonna answer if they don't call in with a caller ID

If they had a caller ID I'd gladly take a survey for Enterprise Rental Car Co. But if there isn't an I D, I won't pick up as I did when the called me the other week. They left no message either...

I just got a call and did not answer. No message. I have rented Enterprise cars for the past 3 weekends and like others have said, I would have gladly taken the survey to let them know what a great job I thought they were doing.
