THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND HANG UP ON YOU.

Called and hung-up without leaving a message. I no longer answer my phone. Last week I received an incoming phone call that showed my name and phone number on Caller ID. I knew that I was not calling myself.

There is a site called Spoof Card. A lot of people use this to change their caller ID info
