SCAM! He says he's with the police department and tries to get you to buy MoneyPak... he'll then "Validate It" before you get to the station so that you won't be arrested when you arrive

Followup... just sent him a text message that contained a means of tracking his IP (thanks for clicking it sucker)... he is calling from Opelika, Alabama - though he tried to put his tracks through Pasedena, California.
