Received a call from 636-222-5623 at 8:02PM---after my saying Hello twice, someone picked up the phone and sais---"Hi Mike, this is Jay from the Police Benevelent Assn--how are you"----My reply: "I'm fine, busy, and not interested"

I received a call from 636-222-5623. They asked for me by first name and said "Ohhhh, I don't even know what to do with this." Then they waited a minute and hung up.

I didn't know the number so I didn't answer it. We get so many calls from scammers. If it is from Police Benevelent Association it is a scam because the police and firemen will never ask for money on the phone.

In today's version, the caller claimed the group was FOP - fraternal order of police. I gave him a little bit of grief about that fiction and hung up.
