I just received this call and the caller identified herself as a representative from Overnight Express asking for my husband.  She said that she had a package that would be delivered in 24 hours.  When I asked who it was from, she said PO BO 288, Chicago IL.  We have not ordered anything and I will wait to see if in fact a "package" arrives.

I received a strange call from a woman who said she is trying to deliver a package for me. The address she had is the one I had 10 years ago. When I started asking questions, she hung up. I dialed back but could not connect.

Anyone else got this call? Is it a new scam?

On Dec 8, 2007 I received a phone call from an unidentified woman at this number who said a package would be delivered in the next 24 to 36 hours and would I be home to receive it. She did not know who was sending it.  She said it was from a PO Box 288, Chicago IL. A directory search on this phone # returns it as an unlisted, residential landline near Manchester, MO. I dialed *69 to get the number after the call.

I just got the same phone call!  And the same results when searching including the address it was being sent from.  Did she ask for you by your real name?

On Dec. 10, 2007 I received the same phone call with the same info as Dave above.  Is this a scam?  Any help is appreciated as charges will be filed!
