Received on Dec. 10th regarding an overnight package to be delivered to my address.  Caller was a woman who wanted to confirm my name and address and then also said the package was first delivered to another address; an address that I never lived at but that I knew.  The package was supposedly coming from a P.O. Box in Chicago Illinois.

i answered from this number and got the same routing others have posted on similar numbers . . . a girl from 'overnight express' in st. louis, MO wanting to verify address for a package.  she had my name and address and said the package was coming from a po box in chicago.  it didn't seem right so i did some investigating and found all these others on this site.

i did a *57 to start a tracer and then called to report it to the at&t annoyance call bureau at 1-800-769-4099 and to our local authorities.
