My mother in law received a strange call from a woman who said she is trying to deliver a package for me. The address she had is the one I had not lived at for about 4 years ago. She new my first name and my wife's first name. I tried to call the number back but it just beeped..Kind of concerned..

Anyone else here of this?

MY MOTHER RECEIEVED THE SAME PHONE CALL LAST NIGHT ASKING FOR MY HUSBAND OR ME AND KNEW OUR CURRENT ADDRESS. SHE STATED THAT THERE WAS GOING TO BE AN OVERNITE PACKAGE SENT TO ME. I DONT KNOW WHO THIS IS AND HAS HAD NUMEROUS CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER AND OTHER VERY SIMILY NUMBERS THAT ARE ONLY 1 OR 2 DIGITS DIFFERENT

I recieved a call from the SAME EXACT number.  The lady asked for myself or my wife, and stated she was from "Overnight Express".  At that point I did not no anyone from there so I told her we weren't available.

I had received several calls from this or similar numbers differing by only one digit.  I looked it up on this site and saw these posts by others.  I decided to answer the next time they called.  Same story from "Overnight Express".  I told the woman that I had already received several calls from them and would they please not call me again and I hung up.  A few minutes later I got another call.  I didn't answer the phone but this time they did leave an extremely rude and very stupid message saying that I needed to get a better attitude and that they were calling " to help my neighbors".  They ended by saying....."Merry Christmas, [***]!"  I have never experienced anything like that EVER.  I of course tried to call back, but when I did, I was told my call couldn't be completed as dial.  These people need to be reported.  They are not very smart to leave threatening messages on answering machines.

i answered from this number and got the same routing others have posted on similar numbers . . . a girl from 'overnight express' in st. louis, MO wanting to verify address for a package.  she had my name and address and said the package was coming from a po box in chicago.  it didn't seem right so i did some investigating and found all these others on this site.

i did a *57 to start a tracer and then called to report it to the at&t annoyance call bureau at 1-800-769-4099 and to our local authorities.
