Well, you just set yourself up for a lawsuit if those clowns read your post. They know who you are, not that it matters. A friend of mine tried the whistle thing and had it on his Facebook page, like you posted here. When a guy called from a survey company, dude blew the whistle. The guy screamed in agony and hung up. 10 minutes later the police were arresting my bud for assault. There are laws against this kind of thing and if you get the right person, you may be arrested and sued. Tony spent 30 days in jail on simple assault, because he had bragged about what he was doing on Facebook and the survey company brought the page up in court. Telephone regulations prohibit this kind of unruly behavior. The guy claimed that he had a "bad ear drum" and the whistle caused him pain, loss of sleep, loss of wages, medical bills...etc. In addition to the 30 day criminal case, my boy got sued for $2 million (USD) and LOST! He is working three jobs now to try and pay this settlement to keep from losing his home. Just sayin-----
