We changed providers and got a new number a week or two ago and this call comes in pretty much every day. Really irked me, so I signed up for the do not call registry. I did that on Friday night...

I received two calls from this number, both times got a hang up when I answered. I called back and without any rings immediately got this message "all of our agents are currently busy, please hold for the next available agent". It plays the message every 20 or 30 seconds but no one picks up...
