Previously blocked caller called my secondary cellphone number which is also on the State and Federal DNC registries.
Caller is using an Optimum LightPath VoIP line on a Sunday. I don't remember why I originally blocked the number, but it must have been a SPAM caller. I've had several calls in the last 2 weeks where spammers were using CableVision to host their operations.
