Called to speak to the controller. Asked her what company she was from, she said US Standard and I asked what it was regarding she said she was returning the call. I told her she needed to elaborate. She began saying "Updated standard" and then hung up. Would not take this call again.

Called back today. Again asked her what company she was from, she said again, US Standard and when I asked what it was regarding she again told me that she was returning a call. I asked her regarding what? She said, "I'm sorry. I'm not sure." I told her I couldn't put her through without knowing what it was about. This time she asked if this was Turner Construction, I said no, this is not. She apologized for calling the wrong company and hung up.

Left a message "Hello this is Kimberly Williams with the STS sports promotion department. I'm calling about a priority overnight package. So please call us back toll free at 877-351-7487 so we can release the package.  Again our number again is yadda yadda..."
