They are everything that was previously mentioned. Not professional and ask for personal information. I informed them that the facts they have are indeed not facts and I am challenging them.  
Well they put a lein on my CHECKING account and Sovereign bank is not like other banks even though it was not a check they charged fees and daily fees for being negative. I can't close my checking account while it's negative. I'm waiting for the account to be frozen so I can stop accumulating daily fees.

Called. Insisted that I was the person they were looking for. They were wrong and rude as hell. Then has the audacity to ask what my address is.

Forster & garbus, their listing states they are, since 1970, involved only in collection law; called at 8:56am (collectors are allowed, by law, to call between the hours of 8am and 9pm 7 days a week). Phone rang twice, then hung up.  I returned the call, got the spiel about them being collectors, then I pushed 0 for their operator, as directed.  Phone rang for several minutes and no one answered.  I finally hung up after listening to it ring more than 5 minutes.
