Don't answer it's a computer scam.

your right,they call all the time.i had an east indian who said his name was andy. when i asked his last name he hung up because i said i wanted it to give to the police when i report him.lol. i called the number back and another east indian guy ,said his name was daniel watson,does that sound east indian? they want access to your computer so that they can go in later and steal identity.

Someone from an unknown number keeps calling - but gives me a call back number of 631-353-4488 to call saying they need to connect my computers to the microsoft network.
When I did some research, it shows it is a scam.

I got the same story as the others but they recommended me to purchase an Anti-virus protection which I later found out that it was the Free version of YAC PC Cleaner.   Which "Yet Another Cleaner"  Don't be like me fooled by these people who claim only want to help you.  The only people they want to help are themselves.  The contact person  was Tracy Black, emp id-1255553.

Tracy Black (employment ID # 1255553 called me from 631-353-4488 claiming to work with Windows and that my computer was terribly infected.   My computer was bought the day before brand new but she showed me where it looked like parts of Windows had stopped working she recommended me to purchase an Anti-virus protection which I later found out that it was the Free version of YAC PC Cleaner.   Which "Yet Another Cleaner"  Don't be like me fooled by these people who claim only want to help you.  The only people they want to help are themselves.   I googled the phone number and found others have been scammed by these people.
