Number calls and tries to convince you that you owe money to the IRS, however your documents are in the federal court house and you can't see anything until you pay and settle the case. Use fear tactics to get you to pay at least part using a money card.... wanted to send me to dollar General to get the card... try to keep you on the line until you make the payment.
