This is one of several overseas scams trying to scam people.

The gentleman claimed he was the Federal Reserve Bank in New York and I was eligible for a $6700 government loan.
Need to pay the taxes up front before you receive the money. Wired the $250 and received ZERO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
