Scammers... left a message that I could earn $10,000.00 every 15 min. Ha! by morning I will be a millionaire!!!

I let the answering machine take care of it. It was a woman with a long-winded SPAM business "deal"...and this number, when looked-up, is a "Flower Shop" in New York State. Definitely on the DNC List. This sounded blatantly like a scam.
