called my DNC cell, no message, blocked.

Called my cell phone and hung up.   It's a local call, and I was stupid enough to call back before checking here first.   It's just spam, though.   How are they going to save me any money on my electric bill?   Get me a special rate nobody else can get?   Fake my meter readings?   Tell me how to use less power?   Get real !!!!!

Call every day and offer to lower my electric rate

Received a call from this number.  No caller name, just Northport, NY and the number.  We're sick if calls skirting the Do Not Call registry.  We now block every call that doesn't specifically show the bane or the person or company calling.
