Definitely a scam. I guess they were trying to say I need to get some documents for my brother, only problem is they got my brother's name wrong.

Got scammed. They said someone filed a complaint. Couldn't give any information except a phone number and a reference number. After calling the number it was a scam for a fake phone bill from over 10 years ago.

Got a phone call from this number with regard to daughter-in-law (using her maiden name), saying someone had "filed a complaint." Gave a reference number, we wrote down number to call within 2 hours (866-898-9934) with a reference number (KA643). We thought it was odd. Googled the number and found this site. Uh-huh. Right. Sure.

The caller ID showed Howard Logistics. Wanted to know if someone would be home to accept documents from former step son. Hung up on them. Scam. Called back and recording said to leave a message. Yeah right . Heard on news scams record your call Never say yes to any question. Hang up! They will say you authorized something cost you big time and your recorded yes proves it.
