On 8.6.2014 I received a call from this number, too.  No caller ID.  I did not answer and no message was left.  Interestingly, I had recently been on the phone with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, as "scamfighter" stated the caller represented themselves, when spoken with.

I had 2 phone calls from this number this evening after 6 PM and after 8 PM.  I did not answer either call.. I no longer answer calls from out of state unless I recognize the number  or who is calling.  I, too, spoke with BC/BS FEP of Texas plan
yesterday.  Curious!  It would be interesting to know what the connection is since so many others had the same experience of having spoken with Blue Cross customer service the day before receiving these strange calls.

This is an automated call back from Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance asking to take a customer satisfaction survey about a recent call to their customer service center.
It is legitimate,  I get this call 24 hours after calling them.

Received a call from this number. 630-517-0521. No one spoke or left message. I noticed quite a few comments on line (by looking up/ entering the phone #) stating the call came w same response a day after talking w BlueCross BlueSheild. Same thing happened to me.

I received two call tonight from this number. I rejected both call due to not recognizing it. I spoke with FEP BCBS yesterday too.

got a call the day after I called Blue Cross Blue Shield. Did not leave a message. I called Blue Cross Blue Shield again and asked why I received calls from this number. They identified it as the source number for a "member experience survey." I asked to opt out of this survey and this change was applied to my account (after I provided the necessary account information). The BCBS customer rep was very accommodating.
