Received a call from 630-466-9481 at 9 AM IN THE MORNING (!!!) on 6/22/17; CID displayed: "Sugar Grove IL", which is a small farm town about an hour west of Chicago, IL.  Call was picked up by answering machine, but no message left, so it was most likely a scammer; a legitimate caller would leave a message and call back number.  HATE calls that come in either early in the morning or late at night-- SO ANNOYING, especially when you know it's a scammer!  STOP, fools!!!  What's the point of calling people and just hanging up?????????
