called twice, didnt answer because it's reported as spam elsewhere. i hear they call twice to try to fool automatic spam filters so that they can get through on the 3rd call. suggestion: answer then waste their time to cost them as a penalty.

Unsolicited call to my cell phone, answered and was dead air on my line. Hung up without talking to me.
