Received a call from this number 5pm today, as well as 6:15pm two days ago.  CallerID says PLANT TEST CA.  Did not pick up, they did not leave a message.  I see that this number has been reported over on callercenter.com as a construction scam.  If you call the number, you get telco recording "Sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed" which means that the CallerID and number are spoofed.
