This is a scam. They are saying that they are the IRS. Ask for their badge number and they'll hang up.

lawsuit against us and when i asked for badge number so i can get ahold of the people who does our taxes they got really upset and hung up unable to call them back also i asked for some one who could speak english better because i had a very hard time understanding them
