Two calls from this number today.

626-869-3189 is a non-working number being spoofed by a telemarketer who leaves a recorded message that their system will be installed at no cost. I have blocked the number.

I got the prerecorded voice call on April 6, 2016. It mentioned that the FBI reports a break in every certain amount of time. I pressed 1 to get to a live person agent, who said they were Monitronics, which as called me many times already. He would not give me a number to call back. If you call the 626-869-3189 that appears on Caller ID, you get a prerecorded message that the number is not in service, and to check it and dial again.

I've looked this number up.  People are saying this is a telemarketer spoofing this number.  It rings once.  No message, no attempt to leave a message.
