I received a similar call for ME and I have done no business in California. I'm guessing it's a scam of some sort. It came up as a private number when I received the call and the message instructed me to call this number. I will NOT call this number back. I have never received written communication from this business and will never answer their calls. ALL companies must also communicate in writing for their debt collection attempts to be legal. Period.

Dalton what did they say to you? My mother received a call about a civil case in my name. I have never been in trouble with anyone or anything... not to mention I live in MO and this number is from CA?

GOT 2 CALLS TODAY REGARDING SUMMER APPAREL WEAR. I BUY A LOT OF FASHION AT THE MALL LIKE ABERCROMBIE AND FITCH AND I SIGN UP FOR A FREE SHOPPING SPREE FOR 10 YEARS ALSO GOOD FOR HOLLISTER. LAST YEAR BUT HIS YEAR I GOT THE CALL AND THEN MADE IT THERE ON TIME BEFORE THE MIDNIGHT SALE. OH WELL I THOUGHT IT WAS TO GOOD 2 BE TRUE MY IPHONE SHOWING A CALL FROM THEM BUT I DONT HAVE THE THINGS TO PUT IT IN

When answered, there was a long pause, I asked the manager service corporation about some insurance I use to have. Why did they take so long for this?
