Robocall leaves message that it is the IRS, Internal Revenue Service, and we are being sued.  Says to call back for more information on case.  Called before 8 am.  Almost certainly a scam.

weds. ,8/17 /16 approx 10 am  .  Same deal here by Seattle. Claims IRS is sueing us and ' call this number ', etc. It Did seem to be obviously a scam .

Yeah same here, robot like voice from a woman claiming to be the IRS filing law suit against me.
It is my understanding that the IRS will never contact you via the phone. only in writing to your home. dont call back, defiantly a scam
