caller said a lawsuit was against me no mention of who or why

They are calling my job and not saying who they are representing.  Discussing business with anyone who answers.

they called from 1-323-391-3335 first called my young daughters phone telling they are suing her mother. then my husband called them back and they called him a redneck racist, which is funny because his family is biracial. i called them back and threatened them with an attorney the hung up. the said they were ronald gordan and associates.

This is a big scam going on the world do not fall for this scam call the local cops always it is 2015 they use spoof phone numbers and will try to scare people into paying money.

Guy says his name is Mark Edwards and wants to settle a debt but he is scammer and not a very convincing one. I played along trying to see how many red flags came up and there were plenty. He got so excited when I gave him my cc card info he probably needed to change his drawers when he got off the phone
