Called again, 4/16.

I get repeated calls from this number, have for months, and everytime, I just hear breathing on the other end, never anyone identifying themselves.   When you call the number back, it just rings, never gets answered.
Can't someone do something about going after these people?  Surely there is a name associated with the number.

This number is likely spoofed.  Here's some information:

According to a site similar to this one (jerkcall.com) people have received various SCAM calls from this number.  Their experiences include:  IRS scam, BOA scam, windows tech support scam, just to name a few.

So the bottom line is, this number is being used by SCAMMERS!  Don't answer it, ignore it, block it.
