From California John b. stating he is a detective,, collecting money for a debt,if my daughter don't have 1200.00 dollars for a credit card debt by tomorrow..will sapina  her and add 5000.00 dollars to her debt..and my daughter is in Texas..wtf

This guy by the name of John Bourborn stated that I owed a debt of over $9,000 dollars and would take a settlement of over $2000 if I gave him $800.00 on a credit card.  He also stated that if I didn't do it I would be sapinated and the balance owed would be over $13,000.  He told me he was with the IRS and trying to collect a debt.  HUH ????  Really the IRS......

This is the same guy that is also using the number this number and 888-855-8946! Beware, John Bourbun is a ruthless debt collector!  He told me that this was my fault because I had didn't report a 1099 to the IRS-he was trying to collect a debt from 1999 that was $15k but would settle for $800....I never had a credit limit over $2000, he said it was interest and lawyer fees. He also said that there was no statue of limitations for debts like these! LIAR! He also said he was going to summons me to court!

My employer got a call from a guy claiming to be Raymond White, identified himself as a an officer of the court and said they had tried to serve me a summons at home a number of times but nobody was home (that claim is likely false) as was his claim to be an officer of the court. In the past, threatening messages where left which included the threat to obtain a "Writ of Punishment" of which no such thing exists, simply another scare tactic. The contact phone number is 888-855-8946. All indications are a predatory debt collector who will use tactics, which under state and federal law, are illegal.

This guy called me pretending to be a debt collector. He claims that I have a debt 12 years ago that I need to pay now. He is a scammer trying to get credit card information. He said he will send the case to court when I don't pay them.  I checked my credit report and everything was OK.  Do not believe these scam artists and identity thieves!
