Yes, agreed with the VERY POOR customer service and communication from Toyota Financial.  Payments made today state on the website they will post today, but never show up in the records until later.  Meanwhile, the calls continue from many different numbers, all of which I have blocked.   Also agreed that collections and payments dont communicate with each other, and these stupid recordings keep calling;  "this is a very important call for customer name,  if this is  customer name, please press one, if not..."    What. ever.  If they cant give me a person calling to collect on my account, then I cant give them the time of day to play their stupid recorded call games.   I block all the calls that come thru and have paid my account up to date. I bet the calls keep coming until collections/payments departments finally coordinate the fact that my account is up to date.   What a mess.  And they wonder why people dont answer their phones with this incompetent garbage.    Yes, they have a right to collect debt,  but fix your screwed up system and be up to date.
