??? Who is this number?

Got a call from this number on my cell phone at 9:10 am on 1/15/08.  Answered the call but no one spoke on the other end although I heard people talking in the background (could be from a call center....)

Its Kaiser Permanente on Sunset Blvd in Los Angeles CA

I received a call from this number. The caller left a message saying the call was for my father, that his doctor sent him a referral...oh really, my father passed away 3 years ago and he never had anything to do with kaiser!!! This could be a scam...beware!
