they are calling my work and my inlaws saying they are gonna arresst me its crazy they wont stop calling and harrassing me

they are not suppose to call the work place i think i am going to lose my job i just go hired the all called and left a message for not a good one some about going to get sued they told the person at work and he gave me the message what happens if i lose my job should call to the work place.the person that gave me the message said you could loss your job with this call you go. what could i say.i did not know  i did not like them calling my work.
