I was just called today from these same people.  I got a call first on my cell from a "Private Number", when answered, this lady told me that a collection agency had been trying to reach me and this was the final attempt. She gave me the number to PNC Capital Group with an account number.  When I called the lady was talking very fast and said I had taken out a loan back in 2008 first, then she said it was taken out back in 1997 and payments had been made until January of 2010. Every time I tried to ask her a question she would cut me off and after trying again with a raised voice she said she would not be yelled at and hung up on me.  I called back numerous times and kept getting very little bits of information from her.  She said she was going to have papers served on me at my job as well.  I NEVER took out a loan in 1997 or in 2008, as a matter of fact I couldn't have taken out a loan for a piece of gum in either year because of student loans. (Which are current by the way, and nothing is showing in the negative on my credit report).  I think this is all a scam because she said to me that unless I was willing to set payment arrangements up, there was nothing else she would discuss with me.

yeah right you work for the police dept.; no dear im not unprofessional i just dont like liars on here trying to use scare tactics on these poor people who most of them lost there job due the economy crisis that the banks caused and you know that these people cant pay so you try those phony post..i been sued they garnished my salary we all know you make 7.00 an hour and you get 15% to 20 % percent on collections and collections are not happening so you make up a bogus post also if you worked for the police dept and they get paid very very good why are you in collections..im going to make your collections a little harder your fellow IDIOTS are gong to be mad at you..
PEOPLE most of there 3rd party debt collectors are violaters of the FDCPA they will lie to you and steal from you when these FOOLS call you make them ID themselves get there address, no po box the law says they have to ID,, sent them a certified letter signature required and get the copy of the signature from the post office...

1..you want to know all charges and payments on the account you have a right to check that there was no fraudulent charges made and you want to make sure all payments made were credited towards your account also when the account was opened and closed..
2..you want to know how they accured your interest on the account when these fools do the math they always make a mistake in there favor
3..you want to see the contract with your signature on it

the law says if these FOOLS cant validate in full then the debt is invalid and believe me 99% of these FOOLS cant validate the debt and the law is on your side 100%

ALSO IF YOU DO DECIDE TO PAY THIS LOW LIFE COMPANY PLEASE DONT USE YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT YOUR BANKS NAME AND ACCOUNT NUMBER AND YOUR ROUTING NUMBER IS ON THE CHECK THEY WILL DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT BEHIND YOUR BACK AND DONT USE YOUR C/C THEY WILL MAX IT OUT
use money orders to pay them and if they say they dont accept money orders then you say when you do accept money orders then call me and hang up

Harassing calls to collect a debt. These calls are fake and harassing and they also call my clients' jobs.

Today is dec 4, I recieved same call from pc and first they have a guys call pretending to b a process server with a legal letters , from a private number,, who then leaves the number from above messages, the witch then demands credit card number, your accounts, refuses today give any info, or written proof, what trash they are
