I got a call from this number all morning. When I called back they didn't answer at first, but I continued to call and finally got an answer. I was told that they needed my SS number to tell me about the case against me. I refused and then was told that I was being taken to court for a credit card that was opened in 2009 in my name and that I was being sued about that. They said that I was going to be served legal documents that needed to be signed, but they had a very old address on file for me and the credit card company that they said was suing is one that I never heard of or used.

Received a call from this number saying that I was listed as a contact reference for a relative. They claimed to have scheduled an appointment with him to discuss a civil case that had been filed against him but was unable to get with him. These are the same people who tried to 'collect' a debt from a friend of mine about a year ago. The debt never existed. The person calling couldn't even give the correct phone number and he had such a thick accent and horrible speech that it was difficult to understand him at all. Beware of these crooks!!
