They call twice a day and won't put me on their do not call list. Must be a collection agency as they ask for someone by name that's not me.

RLR...it might be a bill-collector on a fishing expedition. A often used tactic is to call any and everyone they can find with a similar name to the person they're looking for, and hoping they snag the person...

3 calls on my cell in the last week. No message left. Also got a call a couple weeks ago from 626-525-0701 which is reported as an energy company (20+ spam reports listed on Truecaller app). You may not believe in climate change but the scammers do.
