Caller ID showed "VOIP CALLER". Called business at 7AM; obvious boiler room noises in background, plus I could hear the echo of my voice.  Asked for "HR Manager" (who does not come in until 8AM), but did not state her name or company.  I just hung up on her.

Called again and now asked for "Michael, who is in charge of HR". Did not ID herself or company calling on behalf of.  I told her that our HR director was female....(long pause during which you could hear call center noises).  She then asked for "whoever is in charge of making staffing decisions".  Sent to VM. Caller ID still shows Voip caller.

Telemarketer called for former IT manager (mangled the name hilariously) claiming to be calling on behalf of some other IT company. Hung up on the fool.  Caller ID shows "Alhambra, Ca."
