I just received an unsolicited call from this number, didn't answer, and they left no voicemail (they *did* leave two seconds of silence).

Unsolicited call for the second time today. Asked to take me off their call list, called me a [***] when I said I will be contacting my lawyer.

Two calls today.  No message. Blocked.

I didn't catch the name of the organization but "Sean" asked for me by name and wanted to talk with me about issues in my area. So, it sounds like a political survey call.
