Caller identified herself as Shawna (?) from a Heating & Air Conditioning Company - I told her I didn't need Heating & Air Conditioning and that I'm on the "Do Not Call List" and asked her to take me off her list - she replied "Do you know how ignorant you sound right now ?" The caller ID showed up on my phone as "Glendora CA".
