Did not answer but message says there is a pending suit against me and to call and give my statement.  They said they have mailed notification to me but I have not received anything.  They have called my mother, brother, husband and my husbands ex-wife.   It is a scam.  A friend of mine told me her mother got the same kind of calls.

I received a rude message also they called my brother stated that i have a pending suit against me. This is a scam!
