this person called me and told me he is from crime investigation and says i had warrants for my arrest i called my local polce to see what this was about knowing i had no such warrants, the police officer believes it to be a scam for identity theft i wish i could get the persons full real name but donot know how to anything you can do to put a stop to this creep wold be appreciated

called me today and said he was from a lawyers office, I told him I knew he was a scam and I have saved the number for the FBI website and Attorney general, he said no I have an invitation for you I said oh wow what is the invitation for, he said Ice cream I said oh wow Ice cream I really can't afford to go to India of wherever you are to get the ice cream, he got so upset he said americans are so stupid and I said I know we are just stupid pigs. he said omg I will kick your [***] and I said okay when and he hung up.  Its such a invasion so I will go to my local police station and report because he did threaten me but who the hell knows where he lives they don't even know.  dont give them any information and have fun with the calls its so funny to here them get upset.

I received a message on my voice mail saying it was an extremely important message to call back as soon as possible so I called back and he started saying I was being charged with 3 counts of bank fraud so he started reading a affidavit and I was subject to be arrested there was going to be a sheriff coming to my place of employment to arrest me I've never been in trouble in my life so I then went to the police dept to file a claim and they are now investigating this situation so if anyone calls from this number DO NOT fall for it it is a scam.

This guy called me like 8 times in a row and finaly answered he told me he was issuing a warrent for me today I asked what this was about & what his name was he said   "JOHM McCoy" from his accent i dont think they would have a name (john)  lmao  I called him back & go figure no answer!!!! report him let me know if i have to worry about a warrent
