This is a Treasury scam call. A man with a foreign accent claims to be an agent with the U.S. Treasury. It's been going on for a couple years but this is the first time I've seen this number associated with it. I just wanted others to be aware. Recvd a call from heavy accent India man, says his name is Kevin Mason,Agt from IRS...yeah right.  Says to call him back, if not will Need to go to local district district.  I was laughing so much I had to replay the message to get the phone number again...what a scammer.  So I called him back- he didn't answer...I was disappointed, I was going to harass him a little bit.  All telemarketing should be illegal in U.S.... then the useless Do Not call  would be one less thing to report.
