I received the very same call!  They even called my landlord and threatened me with some type of subpoena to court.  They claim it's some credit card from 2006.

Omg I just got the same call, for my husband they have called everyone in our family except my husband claiming a 3rd party has made a claim against him but refuses to permit any information.   I smell scam all over it. If its legal, they will send legit documents via US Postal Service.

Arlene Marshall has called numerous times insisting that my husband has a claim against him from a 3rd party.  When I ask where from, they only threaten that it's his best interest to contact the office of Paul Williams and submit the case number given.
