They call everyday at different times saying they have a package that is undeliverable, I call back and it always goes to voice mail for legal document delivery.

I've received the same call twice over a few weeks, and called the number back today from a landline and it went to voicemail as well.  I'm guessing its SPAM.

This number keeps calling saying about undeliverable package and called them back but there was just a voicemail. THis phone number is a Metro PCS network. This is a scam.

I get this call once a week i called it back they say that a lawsuit has been brought against you they give me another number to a so called lawyer office Rosenberg and Johnson 1800 893 1167 they say i owe sprint money and they sent it to collection and if i dont pay they will take me to court so be it take me to court  cause im not paying a penny its a SCAM dont fall for it.

This is a common ploy by criminals masquerading as debt collectors who are attempting to extort money from people by scaring you into believing that you will be criminally charged, go to jail, lose your driver’s license, have wages garnished, be sued, and a variety of other variations on this,  all for an alleged or nonexistent debt.  One of the tricks they use is to call your work place, friends, or relatives repeatedly in an attempt to shame you into paying.  They also use the “process server” ruse who calls and claims he is going to serve you, but then says you could avoid it by calling another number
