Keep getting a call on my cell phone from this number around noon eastern time for the past 2 days. They don't leave a message. After reading these posts, I plan on blocking this number on my verizon wireless's account.

Bureau of Higher Education? If this is a real bureau, at least hire someone who can speak English properly instead of people with a thick Chinese accent who doesn't seem to have a good grasp of the English language.

Called this number 626-326-5259 ,said was not in service. They called 5 mins later answered  its a collection agency. DONT answer!

They keep calling. Today said 'bureau of womens *something* but they can not pronounce my name correctly.  My call log (cell phone) shows this company has called several times over the past few days.  Time to send this # right to voice mail.
