Scam. Asked for donations for Veterans. When asked him to mail me a slip and I'll make my donation once there is proof. He said make the payment first and I'll mail you an invoice. When I said no I need to see info on the institution I'm donating to, he rudely said I can't help you then and hung up.

I got this phone calls like 2nd times this week. I missed the first time and I wish I could miss this time too. He said he was for the donation of Veterans and asked me to donate $25 for Silver or $35 for Gold plate. I just hang up the phone immediately.
