SPAM, I called them back on my blocked phone because there is little to find on the net about this number. You know it's a spammer when the vm comes on "this number is out of service". Obvious boiler room spoofing this number or just is a spammer.

Caller ID showed "Unknown Name" and this number.  Call answered by robo call blocker which informs them our number does not accept telemarketing calls and to remove number from database. No message left. On Federal Do Not Call list and have unlisted number. One of my searches of this number says it is on a "switcher" and used by "telephone hobbyists"--what are those?  Whitepages.com list source as landline in Alhambra, Spokeo as in Rosemead. They're close to each other in Southern California.
